Inspired by my 92-year-old mother’s dedication to fitness, I’ve made it my mission to help older adults stay strong, balanced, and independent through functional fitness training. With a background in sports and physical education, I specialize in personal training for seniors, blending strength, balance, sport-specific, and general fitness programs. My experience includes roles at Broadway Gym, Fulham Broadway, London, Westport YMCA, and Saugatuck Rowing Club, where I’ve worked with clients of all ages. After a career in finance, I now focus on serving my local community through in-home training tailored to seniors’ needs. Certified in senior fitness and personal training, I’m dedicated to delivering safe, effective, and engaging programs that support healthy aging.
